Blue/White energy mix puts the baby to sleep. About 30/70 ratio. Nice.

I was taught a system of energy healing by an Australian psychic healer many years ago. She wasnt very clear on its source, but it works better for me than any other system of direct energy healing I have come across. Over a decade later I encountered almost the exact same system in a book on Pranic Healing, and just recently in a mantak Chia book.Chia credits the Pranic Healing book for where he got it from, so I assume that the Australian got it from one of the teachers in that tradition.

Anyway the ratio of 20/80 is the standard for that combination of energy - I adjusted it based upon the feedback i was getting.

Both kids have a cold today so I will be giving this system a work out.

Fra.Jason,

Are you talking about Aunt Clair, perchance? She's had a broader effect on the community then most know, I think.

As an adult I have great success with resting on the the incredibly popular plastic "bed of nails" for my insomnia. I have sucessfully replaced prescription drugs with this technique.

There has been some debate whether its effect is make belief, but judging from personal experience I can only say that it works great for me.

Energy, energy, energy...

Am I a dick for hating the use of the word energy to describe the magical implementation of forces and powers beyond the ability for current technology to measure?

This could really help me out with the toddler. Could you please give the title of the pranic healing book? or even the title of the Mantak Chia book? I couldn't find a reference to this in the suggested reading list at the end of Sorcerer's Secrets. Thanks.

The book is Advanced Pranic Healing. Teh Chia book is Taoist Cosmic Healing

Thanks, Jason. And if I could trouble you for one more bit of advice on the topic: which of the two books would you recommend to someone who could only get one?

Well, I'm a dick then. I hates it, my precious, hates it.

I'm a dick too man.

I havent read advanced pranic healing in years.

I would say that if you specifically want to explore this system of pranic healing, go with that one. If you want to get the basics of that along with tons of info on channels and othet healing practices from mantak Chia's system than go with Chia.

I don't mind being a dick. :)

Especially about petty semantics. That's important, after all.

For serious, there has to be a better expression of the term.
