How did you happen to find this? I suspect you weren't just Googling around. For those of us who aren't familiar with this text, would you care to say what it's particular value is?
I belong to a sangha that is focused on the more occult aspects of Tantric Buddhism. Kilaya is one of my main practices and I was alerted to the texts through that group.
My plate is full enough (or my fire has enough sticks in it, or whatever metaphor you favor) without getting into tantra for the time being, as fascinating and powerful a path as it is, but I'll keep an eye out for John Reynolds, nonetheless. You never know when you might get the proverbial wild hare up the posterior.
In the meantime, I'm still concentrating on some more basic Western Tradition stuff.

Incidentally, I see you are in Budapest. One of my teachers, John Reynolds, teaches there pretty often on various tantric topics.
