You literally wear someone else's skin from the waste down as pants. You place a coin stolen from a widow along with a magical stave into the scrotum. Than the scrotum supposedly just magically fills with money when you wear them.
The best part is, there is actually an example on display at a museum.

Stangely it is not the most disturbing piece of ritual equiptment I know about.

wow, I read about that one. I didn't know there was one at a museum. dang!
I was actually going to try to go to that museum in April! Unfortunately it was closed when I was in Iceland. Next time, though. Next time.
As a person who has some baisic skill in skinning and making buckskins and furs, I am wondering if they got the skin off in one piece as it appears in the picture and if so how. that would be a tricky bit of magic in itself.
