I was surfing the web this evening and found an article that came out last year in a magazine called lion and serpent, by a Frater Theopraxis. I think I know who this is but am not sure, since I know more than a few people that have made their way to Austin.

A friend (Frater BH from the Doing Magick blog) asked me to write a letter of recommendation for him to Cherry Hill Seminary. I see you are faculty there. Whats the kind of thing that you guys look for in applicants?
That is hard to say, as I am just beginning there this semester. That said, my impression is someone who can bring a critical, academic perspective to a constructive (insider) discourse on Paganism. It also depends on the program. In the counseling program, of course, they want someone who can transmit those skills. Real background in organization and ministry would also help. An ability to communicate online. E-mail privately with more specifics and I might be able to give a better perspective.
