I just can't find Meditation in a New york minute book anywere. What you would avice when my 24 hour schedule is booke with work to keep up my daily practices?

Take your pick.

If you had already learned the basics of Dzogchen or Mahamudra practice, these would be even easier to apply in a busy schedule. However you would need to take some time to develop the foundation for their practice, which is not easily done on the go.
